Research on the System Model of Government Knowledge Management Based on Multi-Agent

Government Knowledge Management is helpful in raising the work efficiency of the government, enhancing the scientific nature of policy-making, and improving the satisfaction degree of the public. To overcome the deficiency of intelligence and personalization service of the existing Government Knowledge Management System (GKMS), the five-layer system architecture model based on multi-agent for GKMS is put forwarded in this paper. Each layer and its functions are described in detail. The overall layers cooperate with each other to provide the service of the heterogeneous knowledge integration, the knowledge push and the knowledge application and so on. And some key techniques of the system model realization are discussed.
