Abstract
As Common Channel Signalling System No.7 (CCS7) becomes an imperative part of telecommunication on a global scale, it is imperative for this technology to be managed proficiently. This paper summarises the various routing technologies which is followed by a simplified approach to availability analysis. The paper contains the proof of a more effective network topology than the common quad network topology
