Abstract
The scattering indicatrixes of targets in L and S bands for bi-static angles of (180plusmn55) degrees and a method of an aircraft beyond-the-horizon detection and estimation of its range and the cross velocity, when the aircraft crosses a propagation path, are discussed in the paper.
