Abstract :
The features of some radar signals with a double orthogonal polarization are considered. The radiated signals are formed by modulation of their polarization parameters. Some of these potential properties and the procedure of estimating some elements of a dispersion matrix (DM) of an object after the orthogonal components of such signal have been compressed.
