Abstract :
At Everonn we are developing a course for Patenting Innovation and Enterprise Acumen. As part of this course we are proposing a novel profile-Learning based differential assessment method. The method is unique and has the advantage of reducing the peer pressure and makes the participants concentrate on effective learning. In this paper we propose a psychometric test to profile the needs of the course, learning and communication style. Based on this assessment we indicate how these candidates fit into the course and how they can be assessed.
