Abstract
As a branch of the management, knowledge management of Government is a new public management field has been developed rapidly only the last 10 years. And in the process of development of U.S. e-government, they used knowledge management and scored remarkable achievements, and it also has been playing an important role in improving responsiveness to the U.S. government, the successful experience has a good e-Reference of China´s development.
