Abstract :
Frequency dependent inductance effects are becoming more evident for high-performance electronic packaging and IC design. This paper proposes a simple algorithm for generating upper and lower bounds on inductance, including frequency dependencies. These bounds can be applied for fast calculation of worst case inductance, or for quick screening to evaluate the impact of inductance over the frequency range of interest
