Abstract :
Forestry biological energy resource is an important renewable resource. The development of forestry biological energy in China has obvious advantages and has great potential. In this paper, taken the state-owned forest area of Heilongjiang as the research object, the volume of biological energy resources is mastered through empirical research, and the development trend of the amount of biological energy resources in the next two years is forecasted by making use of grey system theory and methods. At the same time, the countermeasures of promoting the sustainable development of the resource of forest wood by the use of scientific development view and combination of strengthening of planning guidance and active investment by the government are put forward with a view to provide the theoretical basis for the development of biological energy in the state-owned forestry area.
