Abstract :
Based on a lot of related literatures, the authors suggest a model of three factors that affect new product development performance, which include market orientation, organizational learning and organizational Innovation. The empirical result tests the relationships among them. And they all have positive influence on new product development performance. Organizational innovation also serves as a partial mediating variable between market orientation, organizational learning and new product development performance.
