Abstract
A Grading System Application (GSA) is one of the backbone applications in any University Information Management System. It is required to be flexible and adaptable from time to time. To enhance the GSA, two existing static Grading System Applications have been evaluated in this paper and their limitations are discussed. These applications are used in two different universities. The paper then introduces a new GSA that reflects the ability to accommodate the needs of real life in grading students, namely Dynamic Grading System Application (DGSA). An analytical study of the efficiency of the suggested system is also presented.
