Abstract :
Virtual Learning Tool (VLT) is an advanced server based course management software developed by the College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. It allows faculty members with very little web authoring skills to improve on-campus courses and to assist web-based distance learning education programs offered by CECS. VLT is available at no cost to educational institutions.
