Abstract
Discrete radio channel, as shown by numerous studies is completely described by Hilbert model. The approximation of experimental data, obtained in DECT system radio channel by Hilbert model taking into account double return to bad state, was shown. In this work, a formula was calculated to find the probability of m-divisible errors in the block of n-element length. We use these results to analyze one of the short message delivery protocols in radio channel, described by Hilbert model
