Study on Transboundary Environmental Risk Management Measures in China from the Angel of Environmental Risk Source Management

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, environmental problems are increasing day by day in China. Transboundary pollution accidents have also become more frequently. Many of the transboundary pollution accidents were caused by the explosion or the leakage of environmental risk sources. But nowadays, in China, most of present researches on transboundary environmental problems pay low attention to the transboundary problems caused by the environmental risk sources, and also ignore the co-management of environmental risk sources. This paper puts forward the identification of transboundary environmental risk, and discusses the measures for transboundary environmental risk management from the angel of environmental risk source management and based on the thought of risk prevention. Many transboundary environmental risk accidents can be effectively avoided by constructing consummate management mechanisms.
