Abstract
The acquisition of the company bigger and stronger way to go is very necessary, acquisition should focus their core capabilities to carry out. The author discusses from a strategic perspective of mergers and acquisitions and the relationship between core competence, noting that mergers and acquisitions is to obtain core competitiveness of enterprises the main elements of the important ways, M & A to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises improved.
