Abstract :
The paper presents the results of the development of low-noise modules operating in the millimeter wavelength range: electrical schematic diagram of a low-noise amplifier (LNA); methods and results of tests of the module´s key parameters. At operating frequencies of 35.5 ÷ 37.5 GHz the module´s gain was equal to 60.15 ± 0.45 dB to 56.15 ± 0.55 dB at the ambient temperature ranging from 10 ° C to 50 ° C respectively. The noise equivalent temperature of the module´s input at operating frequencies was 369 ÷ 380 K.
