Abstract :
The design principles and technology of fabricating millimeter-wave devices based on the technology of LTCC are developed, such as: the folded dipole antenna using metamaterials, the transition from coplanar waveguide to strip-line (CPW-to-SL), the transition from coplanar to coplanar waveguide (CPW-to-CPW), the stripline BPF 60 GHz consisting of mentioned transitions.
