Abstract :
The cardinal problem of designing and constructing frequency synthesizers is the inevitable rise in output noise when extending the frequency range. The aim of the research is to extend the PLL synthesizers frequency range that will be able to employ the sequential mode of functioning for radio communications, diagnostics and control systems.
