Abstract :
The method for the excitation of the system of cylindrical dielectric resonators by a microstrip line using their orthogonal mutual orientation is presented. The design of a dielectric resonator antenna based on such an excitation method is described. An approach to determining antenna characteristics is stated. The results of antenna characteristics measurements are stated.
