Western Region Human Capital and Technology Diffusion Spillover Effect

The paper conducted a brief introduction of the technology diffusion spillover effects, studied the relationship between human capital and technology diffusion spillover effect, the effect of FDI technology spillovers depends on the absorption capacity of the host country, but no matter what form´s knowledge and skill all internalized workers in vivo, becomes the human body a inalienable part, therefore, the human capital is playing the key role in the process of absorbing foreign enterprise´s technology, so to speak. Analysised the status quo of human capital in the western region and proposed to enhance the level of human capital in the western regions to speed up the technology spillover responses the positive effects, realize the western region´s economic take-off at a early date.
