Abstract
A full-bridge zero-voltage-switched PWM power converter is realized and tested which overcomes the disadvantages that its resonant circuit cannot be used for high-voltage, high-power applications and that it cannot be operated at high frequencies. A gate-delay-triggered zero-voltage-switched PWM controller provides the phase-shift trigger signals for the gate drives of the full-bridge controller. The phase shift between each pair of conducting switches is controlled to regulate the output voltage
