Abstract :
In order to recognize the underlying logic of how to balance the cooperation - conflict relations to improve knowledge sharing, this paper constructs a conceptual model to examine the different relationships among cooperation, constructive and destructive conflict, their interactions and the knowledge sharing. We find that co-opetition management is in indeed an important relational capability for superior knowledge sharing, that the interaction of cooperation and constructive conflict works positively while the interaction of cooperation and destructive conflict works negatively towards knowledge sharing.
