Abstract
The paper presents the concept and analysis of HF series resonant power converters for induction heating applications. After an analysis of the different working modes, a study for optimum and clamped drivers is presented. The losses in the inverter are then calculated and the concept of series resonant power converters for induction heating applications is presented
