The Construction and Research on Index System of BT Project Performance Evaluation

Carrying out the way of operation with the BT investment building has gradually become a very new and effective model among governmental economic cooperation and enterprise. It has a strong advantage of financial capability, high efficiency of construction, low government risk and higher return on investment, well favor of the government and enterprises, in line with national trends in the implementation of EPC. BT project is emerging in infrastructure model, but it has not yet formed a unified and practicable set of the BT project performance evaluation index system. This paper builds and analyzes the index system of BT project performance evaluation before and after delivery of its two stages combining BT project in China´s major operation modes, according to the construction project evaluation index system of the design principles.
