Abstract
Presents a new family of robust and low cost intelligent sensors for force and weight measurement using mechatronic technology. The good stability of the various behaviours of this family of sensors permits efficient numerical corrections increasing with the precision and the stability of the measure. In this way the compensation of the nonlinearity of the curve weight versus frequency, the compensation of the sensitivity versus temperature, and the compensation of zero versus temperature are considered. The compensation of the time response of the system, i.e. the compensation of creep and relaxation processes of the mechanical structure is now the authors, principal preoccupation, the first proprieties of regularity of these processes are given
