Abstract :
All along, China´s oil companies always limit their own social responsibility merely to the security and social contributions. On the basis of the actual situation of China´s oil companies and the theory about corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, this article explicitly put forward the view that the social responsibility of oil companies should include the economic responsibility, social responsibility and environmental responsibility. At the same time, In practice, there are many stakeholders involved in the field of corporate social responsibility, such as: shareholders, employee, consumer, community, environment, business associates, etc.
