Discussion of “Every Household Electricity” project compensation of social responsibility cost

The project of “Every Household Electricity” is the power supply enterprise´s to commit the social functions and the result of social responsibility, the project´s construction and operating costs is the social responsibility cost. In order to avoid the huge loss of power supply enterprise because of the implementation of the typical project overwhelmed the power supply to ensure the healthy development of enterprises, the social responsibility costs of the “Every Household Electricity” should be compensated by the government. According to the project investment and operating characteristics, this paper established the compensation model of social responsibility cost, and with the the project of “Every Ho as an example of the model is validated Household Electricity” in one county.
