Abstract :
A surface based GPR system for locating buried pipes and cables suitable for deployment in urban areas is under development within the ORFEUS (Optimized Radar for Finding Every Utility in the Street) project. Innovative technical solutions allow significant inherent limitations of conventional radar systems to be overcome.
