Speech Information Hiding Using Fractional Cosine Transform

In this paper, a new idea for speech information hiding using fractional cosine transform (FRCT) is proposed. We find in our analysis that the 3rd parameter of FRCT presents property of high frequency, then we put forward two methods for embedding secret information into speech signal in FRCT domain. One is low bit embedding method and the other is over zero rate detection method. Results of simulation indicate that both ways have certain ability for anti-jamming. The discoveries in our study provide a new thought for application of FRCT in speech information hiding.
