Abstract :
A method is proposed for calculating the carrying capacity, which can rotate from a queue with high-priority traffic to a queue with low-priority traffic, to improve the efficiency of data transfer, to reduce the level of packet lost, associated with time out expectations in the queue of on-line applications.
