Study on the Construction of the Framework of the Supplier Relationship Management in the Army

As an absolutely necessary part of the supply chain, the supplier relationship management plays an important role in raising the economic and military efficiency of the acquisition. Nevertheless, now lacking in the research and fulfillment of this aspect results that the role of the supplier relationship management can´t bring into play in the army. So, firstly, this paper analysed the significance of the implementation of the supplier relationship management, and reviewed the insufficiency of the recent study on the supplier relationship management in the army. Based on these, the framework of the content about the supplier relationship management in the army was built according to the management functions of the management theory. At last, the establishment, maintainance and adjustment of the supplier relationship in the framework were studied in detail.
