  • Abstract
    A new method to reject ground clutter using the amplitude and phase estimation (APES) method is proposed in this paper. The theoretical approach is followed by the application of this method on the rejection of such an interference in the frame of a bistatic passive radar using digital video broadcasting-terrestrial (DVB-T) transmitters.
