Abstract :
This paper first analyses the problems of Pingyu Coal Company in the sales logistics system and process, such as low informatization and laggard customer management notion. Then zero time theory is introduced to develop the new concept of zero time sales logistics (ZTSL) and three strategies are proposed to support the ZTSL objective, including instant management, instant response and instant value alignment strategy. The contribution of this paper is the development of concept ZTSL and the implement strategies for Coal Company in the perspective of customer oriented.
