Abstract
Based on the analysis of knowledge network constituent elements, the article makes a study of knowledge network formation. Firstly, it analyses some formation conditions of knowledge networks. Then it makes research on the formation process of knowledge networks, and establishes a formation flow model. Since the model discusses the knowledge network formation process from four sequential phases, it is instructive in establishing knowledge networks to some extent.
