Abstract :
It has been six years in our university that the course of Digital Signal Processing is learnt by bilingual teaching and learning. The organization, methods and assessments have been reported in this paper. We found the most important achievements from bilingual teaching are the philosophy in both teaching and learning. Being one of the innovation methods, we are studying on how to improve the quality in bilingual teaching.
