Abstract
In this paper, by analyzing the service Ecosystems concept, we see Service ecosystems as a special business ecosystem. First, service ecosystems are market places for trading services in the business sense and involve actors from different legal bodies, Second service trade involves the following steps: service discovery, service selection, service contracting, service consumption, monitoring, and profiling. then, we extend the Triple-A supply chain concept toward two approach, first, we extend the supply chain to service Ecosystems, second, by add adoptability dimension, we enlarge the Triple-A to Quad-A. based on above work, we put forward a Quad-A Service Ecosystems model. At last, we regard the keystone of Service Ecosystems should dominate the formation of Quad-A, and to improve the overall health of their ecosystems by providing a stable and predictable set of common assets.
