  • Abstract
    The pattern of IRC is different from traditional industries. There are many unpredictable risks during the period of technology innovation and technical transfer. This article takes the stage of IRC service project as the main research line and identifies the risk factors in the IRC service project. The risk factors are divided into 5 first-level systems and 15 second-level subsystems through the method of risk identification. Next we use the 1-9 mark method to construct the two-two discrimination matrix, utilize AHP model to assess the identified risk factors, sort the weight order of influence of risk factors in the service project, and further propose preventive measures, aim to provide a scientific basis for IRC risk management, effectively prevent risk occurrence, and enhance the IRC project operation efficiency.
