Abstract :
In this paper an empirical analysis to the factors affecting innovation ability of university is studied based on the related data of the "211 universities of China. The results show that the outstanding talents, R&D funds and teacher\´s number have significantly positive impact. From the impact strength, talent plays main role, teacher\´s number is second, and R&D funds is last.
