Abstract
It has caused a wider concern that what kind of influence dose corporate governance as an enterprise system arrangement have on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper takes 106 high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises listed Companies as samples which listed before 2007, through empirical analysis finds that the relationship between ownership concentration and corporate performance follows a positive correlation in generally, there into, the relationship between shareholding ratio of the first majority shareholder and company performance shows a positive correlation, the relationship between the shareholding ratio of second to ten shareholders and corporate performance shows a significant positive correlation, The relationship between the the number of board of directors and shareholder meetings, executive payment and performance are positive correlation, there into the the number of shareholder meetings and executive payment show significant positive relationships.
