Abstract :
The network-induced delay is the most important factor to performance degradation including destabilization in networked control system (NCS). In order to restrict the influence of the network-induced delay, an adaptive PID controller based on the compensation of RBF neural network was introduced. The controller could achieve the online adaptive compensation for network time delay without changing the parameters of PID controller. The result of simulation shows that the proposed new PID controller is better than the traditional ones.
