Abstract :
The possibility of realization of Bandpass and Bandstop filters of terahertz wavelength range made on the basis of dielectric resonators (DR) of spherical form with the lowest modes of magnetic azimuthal symmetric oscillations H101 has been considered. For filters contained a large number of DRs with low dielectric permittivity, the electrodynamics models of filters have been developed. Frequency characteristics of investigated filters, passing and reflection parameters were obtained. The possibility of obtainment of acceptable scattering parameters on densely packed 1-D structures of coupling resonators in the planar waveguide has been shown.
