Abstract :
The results of investigation of high speed switchable ferrite Y-circulator with internal inverse flow are presented. Calculations are carried out with the use of electrodynamic models based on finite element method confirming the feasibility of the device in the Ka-band frequencies with low loss, high isolation and good matching in the 5% frequency band.
