Abstract
The results of development of pass-band filters (PBF) based on magnetostatic waves (MSW) in the frequency range of 1.0...18.0 GHz with the out-of-stop band level of 80 dB are presented. The study includes the dependence of the filter parameters (minimal losses in the pass band, the out-of-stop band, etc.) on the distance between the receiving and transmitting antennas of coplanar converters, the frequency operating range, magnetization intensity (4Πμs) of the ferrite waveguide structures of the yttrium iron garnet (YIG), and the the geometric dimensions of coplanar converters. The possibility to increase intensity of one-decibel compression to 30 dBmW for PBF based on surface MSW (SMSW) is indicated. The PBFs with the out-of-stop band level of 80 dB with both electric and mechanical adjustment of the amplitude frequency characteristic (AFC) are developed.
