Abstract
The results of a number of developments of Ka-band ferrite devices working on the basis of Faraday effect are given. The characteristics of devices manufactured as per the classical model and based on the non-metallized ferrite rod are described. It shows a practical assessment of both structure types with minimum shifting time based on experience in a number of ferrite devices with longitudinal magnetization.
