Abstract :
In the monitoring system of mine pump, one of important parameters is the water level of sump. When monitoring the water level, usually two different types of liquid-level sensor are used to obtain the value of the liquid level and then the method of sensor threshold is adopted to judge whether the water level beyond the limitation. The method just simply combines the value of the two sensors, and carries out binary decision according to the alarm threshold value which causes a lot of information lost.In order to overcome the above problems, this paper applied the multi-sensor information fusion technology based on the fuzzy theory into the system. This method reduced the misinformation and error caused by the information limitations of single sensor, decreased the uncertainty and made full use of multi-source information redundancy and complementarity, which effectively increased the accuracy of monitoring and improved the performance of the whole monitoring system.
