Abstract :
All the tacit knowledge inside enterprise is outlined into three knowledge dimensions: individual´s skill knowledge, organization knowledge, and management system knowledge. The position and function of the knowledge inside tacit knowledge system is different from each other, and three knowledge dimensions influencing knowledge innovation also differs from each other. To order to manage tacit knowledge inside enterprise, accelerate the knowledge innovation, improve the competition level, the thesis provides a clear tacit knowledge system framework.
