Abstract
The features of numerical modeling of electromagnetic interaction of coaxial probe aperture of a near-field microwave microscope with a material environment are considered taking into account radiating effects. The approach to construction of a valid computer model of an electrodynamic system of “sensor - object” type for its study by a finite element method is proved taking into account radiating losses.
