Abstract :
The problem of information island has become the greatest bottleneck in tobacco industry informatization construction. In this paper, we design the Business Collaboration Platform based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) which can integrate e-government, e-commerce and management decision system together. We also analyze the hierarchical model of the SOA system, and put forward the overall framework of tobacco industry informatization construction.
