Abstract :
B2B e-commerce model is the principal part of the e-commerce market in China. There is great significance in exploring on it. By investigating on the main types of B2B e-commerce model, the profit model of the third-party B2B e-commerce platforms was analyzed. Five suggestions about the innovation and development of the third-party B2B e-commerce in the near future were proposed lastly, such as Transfer from information release to online transaction, providing financing service for SMEs and providing e-marketing outsourcing service for SMEs etc.
