Abstract :
The paper concerns the method for tuning of the low-dimensional system resonance by change in the magnetic field acting on the gallium arsenide crystal integrated into the low-dimensional cavity. The results of the experimental study of the magnetic field effects on the restructuring of the resonant frequency of low-dimensional resonant system are presented.
