Abstract :
Based on the connotation that the article elaborated circular economy and the construction that the evaluation indicators system of circular economy´s principle about mining industrial, combining the character of mining industrial enterprise in our country, it constructs the evaluation indicators system of circular economy on mining industrial enterprise. The index system´s second class index sign consists resource yields, resource degradation, integrated utilization of key resources, energy saving, reduce pollution, economy of resources, environmental benefit, each second class index sign consists corresponding third class index sign, then, established factor analyses a method to evaluate mining industrial enterprise´s circular economy development level. Finally, carried on empirical research on B Mining Company which is the integrated iron and steel work´s wholly-owned subsidiary, applied this method to evaluate B Mining Company industrial enterprise´s circular economy development level, and come up with some countermeasures and suggestions, which offers reference to mining industrial enterprise development of economy of our country loop.
